本厂创建于1996年，2004年改制为个人独资的民营企业。工厂占地30余亩，建有达到国内先进水平的覆膜砂生产线六条.烘干线三条.旧砂再生线三条条。具备3.0万吨/年覆膜砂覆膜砂的生产能力和1.0万吨/年的旧砂再生能力。产品主要应用于对覆膜砂品质要求极高的铸钢领域，如集装箱箱角制造，同时，也为一些中、小客户度身定做切合其使用条件的专用产品。
